Imagine you are holding a child. Or a running chainsaw. Now, imagine doing that with two chainsaws. Or children. Once you go from 1 to 2, you’re juggling. And it’s chainsaws, you’re probably also on your way to the nearest ER soon.
People without kids tend to… not get it. What it’s all like. What it all really takes. They may say <airquotes=”violent”>”””they know”””</airquotes> because they babysat a lot once or have a pet or something that makes us kid-owners look around for a running chainsaw. But they don’t.
Then there’s looking after TWO kids. Whoa. It’s not just double the work, the increase in difficulty is exponential.
